5-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Pillowise® provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that were present in the product or that result from a manufacturing defect.

This warranty is not a guarantee that the pillow will maintain the same firmness, feel, shape, support level or performance for five years.

What is covered

1. Defects in materials.
2. Manufacturing defects.
3. Damage or failure that is directly caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

What is not covered

1. Normal wear and tear, including normal discoloration of the foam.
2. Normal changes in firmness, feel, shape or other characteristics resulting from use or ageing.
3. Gradual softening or other changes in the foam resulting from normal use, unless such change is directly caused by a material or manufacturing defect.
4. Damage caused by improper use, incorrect handling, misuse or failure to follow the care instructions.
5. Stains, contamination, moisture damage or other deterioration occurring after receipt of the product by the customer.
6. Damage caused by accidents, external factors or modifications to the product.
7. Changes in comfort or personal preference.

Your legal rights

This limited manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights.

If the product does not conform to the sales contract, you may have statutory rights and remedies against the seller under applicable national law.

Making a claim

To make a claim under this five-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, proof of purchase must be provided.

If you purchased your Pillowise pillow from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased first. The retailer may assist with the initial assessment of the claim.

Pillowise may request photographs, proof of purchase and other reasonable information necessary to determine whether the issue is caused by a material or manufacturing defect.

If physical inspection of the pillow is necessary, Pillowise will provide further instructions.

If a claim is accepted under this limited manufacturer’s warranty, Pillowise will repair or replace the defective product in accordance with these warranty terms.

Please retain your invoice or other proof of purchase throughout the warranty period.
