Where can I get my pillow measured?
You can have your pillow measured at a Pillowise stockist, or work out your size yourself with PillowScan. You can find the stockists on our map of stockists.
Why get measured at all? Shoulder width, neck circumference and neck length are different for everyone. Then there are your sleeping position and your mattress. The right pillow height helps your head and cervical spine rest in a line and leaves room for your shoulder. It is not a cure, but it is a good basis for lying comfortably.
How does measuring work at Pillowise?
Pillowise determines your size with three measurements.

On top of that come your sleeping position (back, side or front) and your mattress (soft, medium or firm). An algorithm uses these to choose the pillow that fits you best. There are six sizes, each with its own colour: pink, orange, green, blue, red and purple. Where can I find Pillowise stockists?
At chiropractors, physiotherapists, sleep specialists, wellness practices and specialist retailers. All addresses are on the map of stockists. Here is how it looks by country:

What if there is no stockist in my country yet?
Then work out your size yourself with PillowScan. You open scan.pillowise.com on your phone or scan the QR code. Pillowise does not have a web shop for consumers. So please email us at info@pillowise.com and ask how you can order in your country.
How long does measuring take?
It is only three measurements. How much time you should allow in total depends on the stockist, so we do not give a blanket duration. Where there is a display with all six pillows, you can try lying on your size and, for comparison, on another size.
Can I also measure myself at home?
Yes, with PillowScan. The tool runs on scan.pillowise.com and guides you through the three measurements, sleeping position and mattress. You can also find the measuring guide on Taking your measurements.
So: where do I get my pillow measured?
At a stockist near you, or at home with PillowScan. If you sleep well on your pillow and wake up relaxed, you do not need to change anything. If you have ongoing neck or shoulder complaints, please have the cause checked by a doctor. A pillow is no substitute for that.
