In pharmacies, medical supply stores and orthopaedic shops, customers regularly ask for a good pillow. With Pillowise, you can give them a well-founded answer: a measurement of three body dimensions, and a pillow in the size that matches. No guesswork from a shelf, and no medical promises.

Why does Pillowise suit a medical supply store?

Your customers expect advice, not just a product. Anyone who asks for a pillow in your shop wants to know which pillow suits them. Pillowise gives you a fixed method for this: measure shoulder width, neck circumference and neck length, ask about sleeping position and mattress, and the algorithm selects the right size from six sizes.

The concept was devised by a physiotherapist, Thijs van der Hilst, who was unable to advise his patients on a suitable pillow. It is not a medical device and we do not promise any cure. That is exactly what keeps the advice honest: you help your customer find a pillow of the right height, and if symptoms persist, you refer them to their GP or a physiotherapist.

How does it work in practice?

Measure. With a tape measure and the Pillowise app, or with PillowScan via smartphone.
Try it out. All six pillows are on the display. Customers feel their own size and, for comparison, an adjacent size.
Order. You order the pillow in your customer's size; we deliver to your shop or, per piece, directly to your customer. This means you need little or no stock.

Price and margin

The recommended retail price is between € 99 and € 139. For purchase prices and terms, you can register or contact us. Pillowise is not sold through web shops or platforms such as Amazon, so you do not compete with online discounts.

In addition to the standard pillow, you can also offer Pillowise Junior (for children aged 4 to 15, in three sizes) and the travel pillow Pillow ToGo. All pillows are made in our own factory in the Netherlands.

What you can and cannot expect

You get a product with a clear method, training and support, and a pillow that your customer can feel in the shop. You do not get medical claims to advertise with: Pillowise is a comfort product. We see this as an advantage, because your customer knows exactly what they are buying.
